As Design Lead (and later Paloma Design Manager), I spearheaded the creation of Bakkt's MVP cryptocurrency and digital assets platform, encompassing many different digital products and experiences across web and mobile with features for crypto trading, gift cards, loyalty points, and virtual payments.

During my eighteen-month tenure, I helped scale the team from one to four designers, helped steward a comprehensive brand refresh, and helped guide Bakkt through its successful IPO—transforming it from a startup initiative to a multi-product fintech company with robust delivery teams.
